Motherhood: is it exhausting? Oh gosh, yes. Is it hard? Completely. Will it test you and stretch you beyond what you can take? Certainly.
I think often times my worst survival-mode days were clues to the root of the problem. Where’s my energy? Well, yeah- the kids took all of it. But, when I dug a little deeper, I found I could do better after all. I’d ask “What am I missing?” a lot. I have so much to learn.
One of those curiosities led me to…..nutrition, hydration and a good, solid vitamin routine. Gosh. I found some of my missing energy hiding behind carbs, sugar, dehydration and thyroid/adrenal fatigue. Yeah. Boy am I glad I figured this out.
I’m not a medical professional. But I consulted my doctor on a good vitamin routine and this is what we landed on.

Apple Cider Vinegar (in pill form) Trust me, take the pills. Drinking it is yucky.
I don’t even know how to tell you. I’m over selling and oversimplified in my explanation, but for real. I’m a new person. Vitamins every morning plus lots of water, cutting sugar/carbs, and upping greens on a tough day…whoa! Goodbye, survival mode!
I guess I’m just so blown away by how much this has improved my life, I thought I’d let you know. As always, I just want the best for you. Not everyday is easy. I know. But your life is precious and worth it. I believe in you. You are invaluable to your family.
P.S. Don’t know why it matters, but I’m weird about my water. I found that if I use a refillable cup with a straw, I drink so much more water. Problem solved.
